2012 NYSPHADA
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

A scholarship for high school seniors living in public or assisted housing at a NYSPHADA member agency. One scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $1,000.00

Applications are due to NYSPHADA
by February 8, 2012

The NYSPHADA Annual Conference will be held on April 4-5, 2012, at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. Registration information will be posted on the website when available. Vendor information packets are available now.
