Paragraph 6-4   Contract Clauses.

A.   HUD Forms.

There are several clauses required by 24 CFR 85.36(i) that are required to be included in all HA contracts.  Form HUD-5370 (Appendix 13) contains clauses to be included in all contracts for construction work, while Form HUD-5370-A {now HUD-5370-C} (Appendix 14) includes the clauses necessary for non-construction contracts, and A/E contract clauses are included in Form HUD-51915 for development and form HUD-51915A for modernization  (Appendix 15).  Use of these forms is mandatory for HAs.
